Lokiterra (lokiterra.com) is a photo editing service operated by an individual based in the Republic of Moldova [add full address here if required for your activity]. You can reach us any time at [email protected] for any question about your personal data.

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data needed to process photo editing orders:

• Name (optional) and email address — to contact you and deliver your order
• The photos you upload — to edit them as requested
• The notes/instructions you write in the form
• IP address — for spam and abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
• A technical session cookie — required for account and order functionality

We do not collect or request bank card details — payments are made by direct bank transfer, using the details in the payment email.

3. Why we collect this data (legal basis)

We process your data based on the consent you give when filling in and submitting the order form, and for the performance of the order you placed (contractual/pre-contractual relationship between you and Lokiterra).

4. How long we keep your data

We keep order data (photos, email, notes) for as long as needed to complete the order and for a reasonable period afterwards (typically up to 12 months), for potential complaints or revisions. You can request earlier deletion at any time by writing to [email protected].

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Your data may be accessed by the following technical providers, strictly to keep the site running:

• Cloudflare — spam and attack protection (Turnstile), DNS and network
• Our hosting provider — where files and the database are physically stored

6. Your rights

Under applicable data protection law (Law No. 133/2011 in the Republic of Moldova, or the EU GDPR if you are an EU resident), you have the right to:

• Know what data we hold about you (right of access)
• Request correction of inaccurate data (right to rectification)
• Request deletion of your data (right to erasure)
• Object to or restrict processing
• Receive your data in a portable format
• Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing

For any request, write to [email protected]. If you are in the Republic of Moldova and believe your rights were not respected, you may contact the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP). If you are an EU resident, you may contact the supervisory authority in your country.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the site, admin passwords are stored encrypted (hashed), and access to sensitive files and folders is technically restricted.

Cookie Policy

We use a minimal number of cookies, strictly necessary for the site to function:

PHPSESSID	Technical session cookie (required for orders and admin login). Deleted when you close your browser.
cf_clearance / Turnstile	Cookie set by Cloudflare, used to tell real visitors apart from bots/spam.
lt_cookie_consent	Remembers that you've seen and closed the cookie banner, for 12 months.

We do not currently use analytics cookies (e.g. Google Analytics) or marketing/advertising cookies. If we ever add such cookies, this page will be updated and the banner will ask for explicit consent before activating them.
